On this page, we would like to inform you about our general promotional terms and conditions. These conditions apply to all our promotional activities, in particular to offers involving price discounts of any kind.

Below you will find the applicable promotional terms and conditions:

Valid for new bookings/reservations only. Not applicable to pre-existing bookings or special packages.
Not combinable with other promotions, offers, packages and/or last-minutes, unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion.
Action codes can only be used for a short stay (maximum 14 days) in one of our accommodations.
Not all actions or action codes are valid for our group accommodations.
Discounts are applied to the rental cost of the accommodation, excluding additional costs such as cleaning, reservation costs, tourist tax and any additional services and items to be booked.
For all marketing actions, gift vouchers and discount actions, a limited number of accommodations will be made available.
If you have won a stay at Villavakantiepark IJsselhof, this is not valid during regular (school) holidays and national holidays in the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
Prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash.
